No directions, 2 hours to assemble, a little unsteady

This works well, but you have to be exact with your movements or it tips/is a little unsteady. I might buy some weights to anchor it down a bit more, but it works ok. Mine shipped in just a couple days, which was great, but it came with NO assembly directions!! I had to use guess work to put it together and use the picture on the amazon page as a guide. So, by myself, and frustrated as "you know what," I put it together by myself in 2 hours. With directions and a second person, it probably would have taken an hour. In sum, it's really cute, not as heavy duty as gym quality ellipticals, was worth the price, will do the job for a good workout if you are careful with your rotations, and pray if you order it, yours comes with directions ;-).

I am 5'4, and it is perfect for my height, any taller and it would not work. it took about an hour to put together, easy instructions though. I do like using it, but it takes a lot to make you sweat. you will need to put a mat under it so that is stays still.
